School of Commerce and Management organised an interactive session on Union Budget 2023

Jamshedpur, 8 February,2023-School of Commerce and Management of Srinath University in Adityapur organised an interactive session on Union Budget 2023.CA Sugam Saraiwala , Executive Committee member of Singhbhum Chamber of Commerce and Industry and currently working as CPE chairman in RVS and Associates was the speaker for the session.
Dr Govind Mahato ,Vice Chancellor of Srinath University felicitated CA Sugam Saraiwala with sapling and gift as a token of appreciation.All the faculties and Students of the School of Commerce and Management were present in the University Auditorium for the interactive session.Anju Mahato from Bachelor of Commerce was the host for the Interactive Session.
Dr Govind Mahato while interacting with the students said that”According to the need and demand of the country,an estimated budget is prepared.India is a country which looks after the welfare of the society.The Union Budget 2023 has been prepared keeping in view the development of the country. He advised the students that in life also ,one needs to have common budget goals and put maximum effort not to deviate from such goals.This interactive session will help the students to gain knowledge about the Union Budget and the repercussions it will have on the citizens.”
While addressing the students ,CA Sugam Saraiwala said that”Every year a budget is prepared by the Ministry of Finance.But this is not the final budget .He informed the students that only the estimated bill has been passed for the year. By 2025 honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi has promised to develop India from developing to a developed country.He gave deep insights of the Union Budget by stressing on the points that India is focusing on green development that is zero carbon emission using renewable energy and the capital investment required for the infrastructural development. He enlightened the students about the budget and spoke to them that the government is focusing on the seven priorities,that is , inclusive development, reaching the last mile ,infrastructural development and investment, Unleashing the potential ,green growth, youth power and the financial sector.He discussed with the students that the income tax slab rates has changed which is a boon to the common man. He also stated about the governments upcoming vision for an inclusive development which is ,”sabka sath sabka Vikas”.He gave Valuable information and deep insights about the government schemes which are to be launched for the welfare of the society.”
Dr Priyanka Priyadarshini, Head of Department of Commerce and Management said that ,”On 1st Feb ,2023 the department organised live streaming of the Union Budget 2023 for the students.The students prepared a report and highlighted important points of the Union Budget 2023.They had many queries which were resolved in today’s interactive session.CA Sugam Saraiwala ‘s expertise and knowledge gave a better understanding to all the students about the Union Budget”
